If something's wrong with your order, we make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Email support@stickerzunu.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint and reship free, or refund you in full — your choice. No need to send anything back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 12 business days, we'll replace the order or refund it.

Changed your mind?

Unused shop stickers can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price; contact us first for the return address. Return shipping is on you.

Custom orders

Because custom stickers are made to your approved proof, they can't be returned for a change of mind. If the print doesn't match the approved proof, we reprint or refund in full.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
